Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website Besserio.com (“Website”) and the purchase of products (Trialmaps and VYBE+) offered by Adwellis GmbH, Frauenfeld, Switzerland (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our Website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

We provide tangible health and wellbeing perks for companies, including Trialmaps and VYBE+, across Switzerland, the EU, and the UK.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all business relationships between Adwellis GmbH and companies (“Customer”) who order products via Besserio.com or directly with us. Our offering is directed exclusively at corporate customers (B2B).
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is formed when a company requests a quote or order, and we confirm it in writing (email or invoice). Customizations (logos, company story, values) require explicit approval of final print files before production begins.
4. Products & Services
- Trialmaps: Folded maps that allow employees to discover fitness and sports studios (e.g., gyms, cycling, functional training, yoga, and more).
- VYBE+: A premium booklet with wellbeing coupons for fitness, nutrition, mental health, and health checkups. Booklets can be customized with company branding, logos, or values.
5. Prices, Payment, Delivery & Returns
Prices
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise agreed. Prices exclude shipping costs, which will be communicated with the order confirmation or contract.
Payment Methods
We currently only accept bank transfers. After you request an order, we will issue a confirmation and send an invoice. Production and shipping begin once we have received full payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days net.
Delivery & Shipping
Products (Trialmaps and VYBE+) are produced on demand. Standard dispatch is within 3–5 working days after receipt of payment and final approval of print files (for customized orders). Delivery within Switzerland typically takes 2–3 working days via Swiss Post.
Shipping costs within Switzerland (reference rates):
- Up to 2 kg: A-Post CHF 8.50
- Up to 10 kg: A-Post CHF 11.50
- Up to 30 kg: A-Post CHF 20.50
For deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, international postage must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. If goods are shipped uninsured, the risk of loss during transport lies with the buyer.
Returns & Refund Policy
As Besserio products are printed and often customized (e.g., with company logos, stories, or values), they are excluded from the general right of return or exchange. This is in line with applicable consumer protection rules allowing exceptions for custom-made or clearly personalized goods.
Non-returnable items include:
- Products customized with logos, designs, or company content.
- Goods specifically manufactured according to the buyer’s instructions.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receipt at support@besserio.com. Please provide clear photographic documentation of the damage. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Conditions for replacement deliveries:
- The defect or damage must be documented with photos.
- The items must not have been used or altered after delivery.
We cannot accept returns in cases of buyer’s remorse or changes to the design after order confirmation. If a replacement is approved, Besserio will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.
6. Customization
Where products are customized, the customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of logos, stories, and other content provided. Once final approval has been given, changes cannot be made.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Besserio.com (text, images, layouts, and product concepts) is the intellectual property of Adwellis GmbH unless otherwise noted. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Liability
We are liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Swiss DSG, EU GDPR, and UK GDPR.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict of law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Jurisdiction is Frauenfeld, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be available on besserio.com and applies to all future transactions.
