Besserio.com (“Website”) is a platform operated by Adwellis GmbH, Zürich, Switzerland (“we,” “our,” “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. We operate the Besserio platform and its products (Trialmaps and VYBE+) across Switzerland, the EU, and the UK.

2. Website Hosting & Unicorn Platform

This website is built and hosted using Unicorn Platform, a third-party provider. Data you enter (e.g., contact forms, quote requests, Info Pack requests, newsletter subscriptions) is processed securely through Unicorn Platform’s infrastructure.

We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Unicorn Platform to ensure compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, and Swiss DSG requirements. Unicorn Platform may also process limited technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, device information) for security and hosting purposes.

3. What Data We Collect

Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name.
Company Information: Number of employees, customization requests, industry, region.
Form Submissions: Data provided when requesting quotes, Info Packs, or other services.
Marketing Data: Newsletter sign-ups and communication preferences.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and analytics data.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as health data) via the website.
